The role of Search Consultant represents the first stage in the development
of our recruitment staff in full execution of the recruitment delivery
process. When you become a Search Consultant with a MRI office, you have a
part in shaping how companies grow and how business professionals succeed.
From assessing client needs and selling executive solutions, to building
relationships with candidates, to managing the offer and acceptance, the
challenge of bringing about a successful match means that the work you do

The detailed job descriptions are:
Undertake search assignments in pre-defined industry which covers:
Target company listing
Name-gathering of appropriate candidates
Interview candidates to determine whether the candidate is a) Suitable for
the current opening created by our client or b) Interested to make a career
move and has potential to become a star candidate for future assignments
Communicate with client to determine its requirement and present
candidates accordingly
Arrange/ Prepare/ Debrief candidate/client before and after interview
Negotiate offer on client and candidate’s behalf
Assist in facilitating candidate’s resignation and transition to new
company
Case closing
Database maintenance
【徵求條件】
At least 3 years or above working experience in Industrial/ Technology/
Life Science or related industries is a must. Bachelor degree or above.
Degree in industrial/ electronics/ chemical related is preferred
Good commands in English and Mandarin, and familiar with MS Office
Good at time management and work well under pressure
Ability to demonstrate effective professional business communication skills
Ability to communicate effectively via telephone
Proficiency with basic Internet search skills
Experience working in a team environment
Interested in Recruitment Agency. Experience in recruiting preferred, but
not required

9 am to 6 pm. 1 hr lunch break
【公司福利】
Performance-Based bonus. Annual leave 12 days applicable after probation
【薪資範圍】
40,000 to 50,000, negotiable
